Mr. Stewart’s practice focuses on representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault in the civil claims against perpetrators and established organizations and their failure to properly and adequately train, hire and supervise said individuals. Prior to representation in the civil claim, Mr. Stewart often acts as the Marsy’s Law representative of the victims in the criminal proceedings and involved in advocacy for changes in legislature in protecting children, developmentally disabled and vulnerable adults.
