O.C. Youth Basketball Coach Suspected of Sexual Abuse of Minors

Teacher Arrested for Alleged Sexual Relationship with Student

Katherine O’Neill, a 51-year-old teacher at Barstow High School, has been arrested on suspicion of a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.
